HELLO!
My name is Alexander Yun, and I’m a Lighting & Compositing artist with over three years of experience in VFX industry. I’ve had the privilege of working at numerous VFX studios, contributing to a diverse slate of projects - from commercials and feature films to animated features and episodic series. I’m a graduate of the School of Visual Arts, where I earned my degree in 3D Animation & VFX.
Although lighting and compositing are my core strengths, I’m equally comfortable in look development and generalist tasks. I’m constantly exploring new techniques, tools, and workflows to push the quality of my work and stay adaptable within the pipeline.
Outside of production, you’ll usually find me out in the city - walking, discovering new neighborhoods, or catching up with friends. I love balancing technical work with real-world inspiration; it keeps my eye sharp and my creativity fresh.
